For over 45 years, Fremont Football has been the primary football program in the Fremont Tri-City area, we have had thousands of Players go on the High-School, College and even the Pros.
We are collecting information on past FFL players, and what they are doing now in football/sports programs. If you know a past player, which is currently in the college or pro level football programs, or has retired from the sport...we would like to know about them. We will be building an Alumni roster here on the site, to feature our past players, and encourage our current and future players to continue with their football/sports careers. We would like to have past players, featured during games, and available for our current players before and after game times. If you know, or see anyone that would allow us to tell their story, please have them contact the league management, or they/you can Email me at SPope@FremontFootball.org

Congratulations Robert Turbin!
Another FFL Alumni makes the NFL roster! Former Utah State running back Robert Turbin, a graduate of Irvington High in Fremont, was taken by the Seattle Seahawks in the fourth round of the 2012 NFL draft. Robert played for Fremont Football 6 years, before going on to Irvington High and Utah State. From all your coach's at Fremont Football "Best Wishes for a great career!"

Registration for the 2012 CONTACT/TACKLE Football season will begin on Saturday, March 17th, and will be open most Saturdays through July 21st (See Calendar for Dates and Times). The Fremont Football League (FFL) has been a place to call home for the surrounding areas of Fremont, Tri-City, and Bay Area's youth between the ages of 6-14 since 1964. Founded by Leonard Ohms and Fred "The Hammer" Williamson of the Oakland Raiders, the Fremont Football League has developed countless Football Players, Cheer Leaders, and Coaches over the years.

As the ONLY non-traveling league in the Fremont ,Tri-City, East Bay areas... we are proud to say, hundreds of our players have gone on to play in High-School, College and even the National Football League...no other local league can come close to our players accomplishments! There are multiple small traveling leagues in the area, don't settle for less for your player. We have been in Fremont since 1964, only because FFL is the best place to learn and play this great sport!

Our promise to all families, is our philosophy of "Family First". On the field the emphasis is on the competition, which is Football, off the field were together as one big family! We encourage all head coaches, to teach not only the skills and mental attitude required to play the sport of football, also the skills and attitude to succeed in the game of life. We believe all players "need" to succeed, unlike many traveling "Competition" leagues, where only the best players play in games, we guarantee all players, play every quarter. Our Board of Directors verifies this by assigning "Field Supervisors", every game, to ensure no player ever gets left behind.
All Head Coaches have been Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) certified, CPR and First Aid certified, and USA Football Coaching certified. We also ensure that every coach completes a background check through the National Center of Safety Initiatives (NCSI) before they even step a foot on the practice field.
All Cheer Managers have been American Association of Cheer Coaches and Administrators (AACCA) Spirit Safety certified.
Our games have professional MVAL referees, at least 2-4 EMTs on-site, and at least 2-4 Board of Director representatives available at all times.
